Financial Assistant (Entry Level)

 

Responsibilities:

The Financial Assistant (Entry Level) will work directly in our internal finance and accounting team and report to the Director of Finance. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Assist in daily recording, tracking and payment of invoices
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial reports, records and general ledgers
  • Maintain accurate Utility information and call Utility providers as needed
  • Assist in monthly account reconciliation
  • Assist in distributing incoming mail to the correct departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize competing projects
  • Proficiency in Office suite products

Preferred:

Property Maintenance Technician

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly with Maintenance Manager to determine priority of work orders and scheduling changes
  • Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general maintenance
  • Communicate clearly with residents regarding the work being performed
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and parts used
  • Support after-hours emergency maintenance calls on a rotating basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential maintenance, construction, or a similar field
  • Strong skills in general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with property management systems and work order software
  • Valid driver’s license

Lawn Care Technician

 

Responsibilities:

The Lawn Care Technician will be responsible for various landscaping tasks year-round. Daily responsibilities include:  

  • Work with maintenance manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule  
  • Perform general lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding 
  • Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, planting new flowers and shrubs 
  • Snow Removal, as needed 
  • Assist with Punch Out renovations during off season, as needed 
  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

The Punch Out Technician role will work on the completion of renovations for residential, multi-family and mixed-use properties. Daily responsibilities include:

Sales Representative (Private Lending)

Position Overview:

We’re expanding our team and seeking a driven Sales Representative to help grow our lending portfolio. This individual will be responsible for originating loans for real estate investors and developers, building and maintaining client relationships, and generating consistent deal flow through proactive outreach and strategic relationship management.

Beyond production, this role will play a key part in developing, launching, and executing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy designed to attract new borrowers and expand SPG Capital’s market reach.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of real estate investment and private lending, a proven ability to generate new business, and a genuine passion for relationship-based sales, deal-making, and real estate finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new borrower relationships across both residential and commercial real estate markets.
  • Source and originate loan opportunities, including Bridge Loans, Fix & FLIP, DSCR Loans, and Rental Loans.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified loan opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, partnerships, and repeat clients.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing borrowers to generate repeat business and cross-sell additional lending products.
  • Pre-screen and analyze loan opportunities; collaborate with underwriting and management to structure and quote the best lending solution.
  • Help develop, roll out, and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to attract new borrowers and expand market reach.
  • Take a leadership role in growing the sales function—lay the groundwork for building, training, and managing a sales team as production grows.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and underwriting teams to ensure an exceptional borrower experience and efficient loan execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan submissions, and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Represent SPG Capital at networking events, investor meetups, and industry conferences.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly loan origination targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales, loan origination, or business development — preferably within private lending, hard money lending, or real estate finance.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment, lending, or finance preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).

Marketing Lead

Position Overview:

SPG Capital is expanding its private lending platform and is seeking a Marketing Lead to own the strategic growth initiatives across our lending portfolio. This role reports directly to executive leadership and will have full accountability for the development and execution of marketing strategies that generate qualified lending opportunities.


The Marketing Lead will make independent, high-impact decisions regarding marketing strategy, resource allocation, and branding initiatives. This role will establish and oversee the marketing function, including defining processes, systems, and team structure, to drive loan production and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (PPC) campaigns. Develop keyword strategies targeting high-intent borrowers and optimize for Cost Per Lead (CPL) and overall ROI.
  • Build or oversee a high-converting lending website. Implement lead capture forms, deal submission workflows, and landing page optimizations to maximize conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics, call tracking, and CRM integrations. Track key metrics—CPL, lead quality, and funded deals—to continuously refine performance.
  • Establish and maintain a professional social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Ensure consistent branding and share company activity (deals/projects) to build credibility.
  • Test and evaluate additional channels (Facebook, SEO, partnerships).
  • Exercise independent judgment in planning, prioritizing, and allocating resources across marketing initiatives, campaigns, and channels.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of generating qualified leads.
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and execute a full-scale marketing and sales strategy without heavy oversight.
  • Demonstrated success in loan origination, business development, or high-level sales within the real estate or finance sectors.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, conversion funnels, and performance optimization.

Preferred:

  • Experience in lending, real estate, or financial services
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), landing page optimization tools, and call tracking software.
