Before you apply, there’s some things we would like you to know to ensure a smooth process! Please read the following points:

1. Please ensure that everyone 18 years of age and older are submitting their own applications and are submitting separately. If we are missing applications from all legal adults in your party, your application may be overlooked. Do not apply now unless everyone 18 and over is ready to apply *** THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE ***

2. Please check out our Rental FAQs for helpful information on our application requirements and guidelines

3. The application fee is non-refundable. We use the fee to run all appropriate credit and background reports necessary to fully process your application.

4. While we work as quickly as possible, processing can take 1-5 days depending on how many applications come in per property and how long it takes the reports to come back to us.

5. We look at NET income, which is income AFTER taxes.
