Residential Painter  
 

Responsibilities:  

The Residential Painter will work directly with our internal punch out team and be responsible for the completion of assigned painting projects.  Daily responsibilities include:  

  • Communicate with the punch out manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule
  • Order materials and prep upcoming projects 
  • Provide daily project status updates  
  • Communicate with internal team members as well as external sub-contractors  
  • Provide recommendations on materials 
  • Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming projects  
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:  

  • Knowledge of residential property maintenance and renovations
  • Experience in carpentry and finish work  
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
  • Attention to details
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred:  

  • Knowledge of residential and commercial painting 
  • Prior experience as a painter  
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines 
  • Attention to details  
  • Strong communication skills

Property Maintenance Technician  
 

Responsibilities:  

The Property Maintenance Technician will work directly with our internal maintenance team and be responsible for the completion of assigned resident work orders. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize work orders and determine schedule
  • Communicate with residents about work being completed
  • Provide status updates on work orders and schedule follow up appointments as necessary
  • Provide assistance to sub-contractors who are assigned specialty work orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  

  • Knowledge of residential property maintenance and renovations
  • Experience in carpentry and finish work  
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
  • Attention to details
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred:  

  • Knowledge of mechanicals including HVAC, electrical and plumbing
