Field Services Technician
 
Responsibilities:  
The Field Services Technician will support our Office and Field Operations by assisting with document deliveries as well as tasks associated with property management. Daily responsibilities include:  Â
- Communicate with our Front Office and Field Teams to prioritize tasks and determine schedule  Â
- Assist with delivering documents to various municipalities, vendors etc.Â
- Assist our Field Team with property management tasks Â
- Assist with serving documents to occupied properties Â
- Other duties as assigned  Â

- Assist in meeting with Borough Inspectors at properties to understand required inspection listsÂ
- Complete all assigned tasks on inspection listsÂ
- Provide assistance to sub-contractors who are assigned specialty tasksÂ
