Maintenance Assistant
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for communication between residents and our internal maintenance department. Daily responsibilities include:
- Gather necessary information on resident work orders
- Assist with scheduling work orders
- Communicate status updates to residents about work orders
- Follow up on the completion of work orders and organize any outstanding tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
- Proficiency in Office suite products
- Salesforce preferred

Construction Helper
Responsibilities:
The Construction Helper will be responsible for delivering materials to job sites as well as assisting the construction manager with basic renovation tasks. Daily responsibilities include:
- Visit job sites with the construction manager to understand the list of materials needed for jobs
- Assist the construction manager with prepping job sites before renovations begin
- Pick up and deliver materials to multiple job sites
- Provide status updates on material deliveries to the construction manager and construction crews
- Perform basic renovation tasks
- Other duties as assigned

- General knowledge of construction and supplies
- Ability to lift and carry supplies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Property Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
The Property Maintenance Technician will work directly with our internal maintenance team and be responsible for the completion of assigned resident work orders. Daily responsibilities include:
- Communicate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize work orders and determine schedule
- Assist and provide guidance to maintenance technicians
- Communicate with residents about work being completed
- Provide status updates on work orders and schedule follow up appointments as necessary
- Provide assistance to sub-contractors who are assigned specialty work orders
- Assist maintenance supervisor with after-hours scheduling
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of residential property maintenance and renovations
- Experience in carpentry and finish work
- Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Attention to details
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of mechanicals including HVAC, electrical and plumbing
