Lending Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

The Lending Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks related to SPG’s Lending Division. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and send borrower documents
  • Request additional information from the borrower
  • Verify incoming documents for accuracy and completion
  • Assist with post-closing tasks
  • Handle payoff requests, prepare payoff statements, and process loan closures.
  • Monitor and address loans reaching maturity date by contacting borrowers, discussing repayment options, and implementing solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
  • Proficiency in Office suite products

Maintenance Manager

 

Responsibilities:

 The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned aspects of property maintenance, including the timely completion of resident work orders, supervision of maintenance staff and subcontractors, and coordination of repair and preventive maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring high standards of resident satisfaction and property upkeep:

  • Monitor and manage incoming resident work orders
  • Schedule and ensure timely completion of all resident work orders
  • Prioritize and assign work orders to maintenance technicians and subcontractors
  • Assist with hands-on completion of maintenance tasks as needed
  • Track and review the progress of work orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain clear and responsive communication with property managers and residents regarding work order statuses
  • Supervise, train, and support maintenance technicians to ensure quality performance
  • Participate in and help coordinate a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs
  • Monitor inventory and purchases of maintenance supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of residential property maintenance and building systems
  • Proven experience in maintenance roles, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Property Maintenance Technician

 

Responsibilities:

The Property Maintenance Technician will work directly with our internal maintenance team and be responsible for the completion of assigned resident work orders. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize work orders and determine schedule
  • Communicate with residents about work being completed
  • Provide status updates on work orders and schedule follow up appointments as necessary
  • Provide assistance to sub-contractors who are assigned specialty work orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of residential property maintenance and renovations
  • Experience in carpentry and finish work
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills

Preferred:

Leasing Agent

 

Responsibilities:

The Leasing Agent will work directly on our property management team and support the end-to-end leasing process for our portfolio of rental properties. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Market and list available rental properties across platforms
  • Manage incoming leads and coordinate property showings
  • Assist with on-site and virtual property showings
  • Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries
  • Provide daily updates and reports to the Director of Property Management
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure a seamless transition for new residents

Responsibilities:

  • Carpentry and finish work
  • Communicating and coordinating with sub-contractors
