Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the daily operation of the office as well as providing exceptional customer service to existing and new residents. Daily responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist guests/residents entering the office
- Professionally answer incoming calls
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate division and team members
- Order and manage office supplies
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with mail opening and sorting
- Take on other administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Excellent people skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
- Proficiency in Office suite products

HVAC Technician
Responsibilities:
The HVAC technician will be responsible for HVAC jobs for both our residential renovation projects as well as assisting our internal maintenance team with resident work orders relating to HVAC. Daily responsibilities include:
- Communicate with Maintenance Director to prioritize jobs and determine schedule
- Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming renovation projects
- Diagnose, repair, or replace heating and cooling systems
- Assist with diagnose, repair, or replacement of plumbing fixtures, as needed
- Communicate with Maintenance Managers to provide updates on resident work orders
- Communicate clearly with residents regarding the work being performed while on service calls
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential HVAC
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with property management systems and work order software
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
- Valid driver’s license
