HVAC Technician
Responsibilities:
The HVAC technician will be responsible for HVAC jobs for both our residential renovation projects as well as assisting our internal maintenance team with resident work orders relating to HVAC. Daily responsibilities include:
- Communicate with Maintenance Director to prioritize jobs and determine schedule
- Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming renovation projects
- Diagnose, repair, or replace heating and cooling systems
- Assist with diagnose, repair, or replacement of plumbing fixtures, as needed
- Communicate with Maintenance Managers to provide updates on resident work orders
- Communicate clearly with residents regarding the work being performed while on service calls
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential HVAC
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with property management systems and work order software
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
- Valid driver’s license

Lawn Care Technician
Responsibilities:
The Lawn Care Technician will be responsible for various landscaping tasks year-round. Daily responsibilities include:
- Work with maintenance manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule
- Perform general lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding
- Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, planting new flowers and shrubs
- Snow Removal, as needed
- Assist with Punch Out renovations during off season, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of landscaping and equipment, preferred
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
Tools/Equipment:
- All tools and equipment needed for this role will be provided
