Punch Out Technician

 

Responsibilities:

The Punch Out Technician role will work on the completion of renovations for residential, multi-family and mixed-use properties. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Carpentry and finish work
  • Communicating and coordinating with sub-contractors
  • Providing project status updates
  • Delivering rent ready properties to our internal leasing team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of residential, multi-family and mixed-use property renovations

Landscaping Technician

 

Responsibilities:

The Landscaping Technician will be responsible for various landscaping tasks year-round. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Work with maintenance manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule
  • Perform general lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding
  • Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, planting new flowers and shrubs
  • Snow Removal, as needed
  • Assist with Punch Out renovations during off season, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Loan Closer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan files from commitment through closing for SPG’s private lending portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, title companies, and attorneys throughout the closing process.
  • Work directly with borrowers to gather and verify all pre-closing requirements, including title, insurance, entity documents, and payoff statements.
  • Coordinate with SPG’s attorney to prepare and review loan documentation.
  • Track key milestones and proactively manage closing timelines to ensure smooth, on-time settlements.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues before closing; make informed decisions to keep deals on track.
  • Monitor and manage loans after closing, including tracking maturity dates, extensions, modifications, and overall loan performance across the portfolio.
  • Uphold SPG Capital’s high standards for responsiveness, accuracy, and execution in every transaction.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in lending, title, or real estate transactions preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple active deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new systems quickly.

Assistant Property Manager

 

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Property Manager acts as the operational support to our Property Management team. This role is responsible for ensuring administrative precision across our portfolio—from financial tracking to compliance and resident coordination. Daily tasks will include:

  • Assist with collecting, processing, and tracking rent and utility payments
  • Prepare essential paperwork for evictions and municipal rental inspections, ensuring all files are accurate and ready for Property Manager finalization.
  • Maintain comprehensive pest control records for the entire portfolio and serve as the primary coordinator for related treatments.
  • Professionally confirm and schedule tenant appointments and other third-party property visits.
  • Actively participate in cross-training across other property management functions to ensure full-office coverage and a comprehensive understanding of portfolio operations.

Loan Originator

Position Overview:

We’re expanding our team and seeking a driven Loan Originator to help grow our lending portfolio. This individual will be responsible for originating loans for real estate investors and developers, building and maintaining client relationships, and generating consistent deal flow through proactive outreach and strategic relationship management.

Beyond production, this role will play a key part in developing, launching, and executing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy designed to attract new borrowers and expand SPG Capital’s market reach.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of real estate investment and private lending, a proven ability to generate new business, and a genuine passion for relationship-based sales, deal-making, and real estate finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new borrower relationships across both residential and commercial real estate markets.
  • Source and originate loan opportunities, including Bridge Loans, Fix & FLIP, DSCR Loans, and Rental Loans.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified loan opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, partnerships, and repeat clients.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing borrowers to generate repeat business and cross-sell additional lending products.
  • Pre-screen and analyze loan opportunities; collaborate with underwriting and management to structure and quote the best lending solution.
  • Help develop, roll out, and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to attract new borrowers and expand market reach.
  • Take a leadership role in growing the sales function—lay the groundwork for building, training, and managing a sales team as production grows.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and underwriting teams to ensure an exceptional borrower experience and efficient loan execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan submissions, and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Represent SPG Capital at networking events, investor meetups, and industry conferences.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly loan origination targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales, loan origination, or business development — preferably within private lending, hard money lending, or real estate finance.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment, lending, or finance preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
