Punch Out Technician
Responsibilities:
The Punch Out Technician role will work on the completion of renovations for residential, multi-family and mixed-use properties. Daily responsibilities include:
- Carpentry and finish work
- Communicating and coordinating with sub-contractors
- Providing project status updates
- Delivering rent ready properties to our internal leasing team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of residential, multi-family and mixed-use property renovations
- Experience in carpentry and finish work
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve

Lending Assistant
Responsibilities:
The Lending Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks related to SPG’s Lending Division. Daily responsibilities include:
- Prepare and send borrower documents
- Request additional information from the borrower
- Verify incoming documents for accuracy and completion
- Assist with post-closing tasks
- Handle payoff requests, prepare payoff statements, and process loan closures.
- Monitor and address loans reaching maturity date by contacting borrowers, discussing repayment options, and implementing solutions.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
- Proficiency in Office suite products

Responsibilities:
The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for the management and completion of residential plumbing projects. Daily responsibilities include:
- Work with construction manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule
- Complete assigned projects
- Complete project scopes and estimates for upcoming projects
- Provide updates on jobs and work orders
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of plumbing, preferred
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to simultaneously oversee and complete multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment

Landscaping Technician
Responsibilities:
The Landscaping Technician will be responsible for various landscaping tasks year-round. Daily responsibilities include:
- Work with maintenance manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule
- Perform general lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding
- Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, planting new flowers and shrubs
- Snow Removal, as needed
- Assist with Punch Out renovations during off season, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of landscaping and equipment, preferred
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
