Responsibilities:  
The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for the management and completion of residential plumbing projects. Daily responsibilities include: Â
- Work with construction manager to prioritize projects and determine schedule Â
- Complete assigned projects Â
- Complete project scopes and estimates for upcoming projects Â
- Provide updates on jobs and work orders  Â
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications:  
- Knowledge of plumbing, preferredÂ

The Rental Inspections Technician will be responsible for supporting the Rental Inspections Manager by completing all required inspection items for SPG properties. Daily responsibilities include:  Â

- Assist in meeting with Borough Inspectors at properties to understand required inspection listsÂ
- Complete all assigned tasks on inspection listsÂ
- Provide assistance to sub-contractors who are assigned specialty tasksÂ
