Property Manager
 
Responsibilities:  
The Property Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of assigned properties which will include the following tasks:Â Â
- Communicate with current residents on questions regarding rent, utilities, and other general inquiriesÂ
- Collect and process rent and utility payments
- Work with our leasing team to onboard new residents
- Manage the resident move out process
- Communicate with our maintenance team on work order updates
- Other duties as assigned

- Delivering rent ready properties to our internal leasing teamÂ

- Communicate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize work orders and determine schedule
- Communicate with residents about work being completed
- Provide status updates on work orders and schedule follow up appointments as necessary
- Provide assistance to sub-contractors who are assigned specialty work orders
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:  
- Knowledge of residential property maintenance and renovations

- Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:  Â
The Rental Inspections Technician will be responsible for supporting the Rental Inspections Manager by completing all required inspection items for SPG properties. Daily responsibilities include:  Â
- Communicate with the Rental Inspections Manager to prioritize tasks and determine schedule Â
- Assist in meeting with Borough Inspectors at properties to understand required inspection listsÂ
- Complete all assigned tasks on inspection lists
- Provide assistance to sub-contractors who are assigned specialty tasks
- Other duties as assigned  Â
